I have just taken my first BBQ wedding reception booking for this year for mid April !! I am really looking forward to organising the food for the day as it will be a lot of fun and we love BBQ catering.
This morning we are busy organising buffets for 3 training days for a regular customer of mine so it is a busy morning making sandwiches and other things to go with the buffet !!
